The Pitt River Lodge and the Fly Fishing Lodge are looking for energetic employees who are interested in an active outdoors employment opportunity. Located just two hours from downtown Vancouver the Pitt River Lodge and the Fly Fishing Lodge have some of the best wilderness fishing in British Columbia. Our season starts in May and runs through November and we have the following employment opportunities.

Seasonal Fishing Guides (Starting in late May though to october)

Looking for a seasonal job as a fishing guide? We have openings for Fly Fishing Guides (some gear fishing experience is necessary) on one of British Columbia’s most productive fishing rivers. Based from one of our 2 lodges on the Pitt River you will be responsible for managing our clients fishing day taking them by raft or walking to the various sections of the river we fish. All guides need to have river rafting and fly fishing experience and a current First Aid certificate.

Part Time Fishing Guides (Employment length and dates vary through May- October)

Contract Chef (Length and dates vary through May- September)

From time to time we have the need for a contract Chef to work exclusively with some of our exclusive corporate clients. Duties would include meal planning, preparation and clean-up. A love for the outdoor lifestyle is a definite asset for all our employment opportunities and all

successful applicants must be willing to work in our boat and air access only wilderness location 50 kilometres from downtown Vancouver. Note: All applicants must be Canadian Citizens or a Landed Immigrant in Canada.
